In our pursuit of excellence, we've organized our factory into three specialized workshops: blow/injection, sewing, and assembling. Each workshop is equipped with advanced machinery and staffed by skilled professionals who take pride in their work. With four assembly lines operating at full capacity, we boast a monthly production capacity of over 50,000 units.
Our factory spans approximately 21,000 square meters and employs around 400 dedicated professionals, including a skilled R&D team of 30 experts and nearly 20 meticulous QC inspectors. Their collective expertise ensures that every Welldon product is crafted with precision and care.
Excitingly, our new factory, set to launch in 2024, is a testament to our unwavering commitment to growth and innovation. Spanning an expansive 88,000 square meters and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, this facility will have an annual production capacity of 1,200,000 units. It represents a significant step forward in our journey to make road travel safer for families around the world.
In 2023, Welldon achieved yet another milestone with the introduction of the SMARTURN baby intelligent car seat. This groundbreaking product showcases our dedication to staying at the forefront of child safety technology. We allocate 10% of our annual income towards the development of new and innovative products, ensuring that we continue to lead the industry in providing safer journeys for children and families.
